We are expanding our editorial team and seeking talented candidates to support the preparation of high-level research manuscripts for top-tier journals in Medicine (eg, NEJM, JAMA) and Computer Science (eg, IEEE, ACM).
We also strongly encourage applicants with backgrounds in English Language, English Literature, or Linguistics who are passionate about academic writing, research communication, and precision editing.

Key Responsibilities
Manuscript Preparation
Structure and format of research papers according to international journal standards (AMA, APA, IEEE, etc.)
Technical & Language Editing
Correct grammatical issues and refine clarity, coherence, and tone
Ensure consistency in academic, technical, and discipline-specific terminology
Submission Support
Prepare cover letters and author declarations
Assist with journal submission portals
Language & Technical Requirements
English Proficiency:
Excellent command of academic English (essential for all backgrounds)
Technical Skills:
Advanced Microsoft Word proficiency (LaTeX is a plus for CS applicants)
Soft Skills:
Strong attention to detail, reliability, professionalism, and the ability to meet strict deadlines
Additional Role Conditions (Important)
Applicants Without Prior Experience
If you meet the essential requirements—strong English writing skills and Microsoft Word proficiency—but do not have prior editing experience, the role will be conducted fully on-site.
Experienced Applicants (3+ Years)
Candidates with more than three years of academic editing experience may be offered hybrid or remote flexibility following a successful in-person interview.
