Program Associate,
as part of its outsourcing services team supporting
Dompé Albania
client.
Essential Responsibilities:
Support the planning and execution of strategic initiatives, with a focus on the R&D pipeline;
Assist the Global Program Manager in coordinating cross-functional teams (e.g., R&D, Commercial, Regulatory) to ensure timely delivery of Program milestones;
Track progress of ongoing programs, monitor performance and identify potential risks or delays;
Contribute to the preparation of presentations, reports, and materials for internal stakeholders and Executive Management;
Facilitate communication and information flow across international teams and different business functions;
Help maintain project documentation, timelines, and governance processes annual budget.
Requirements for this position:
Master’s degree in Economics, Management Engineering, or related field;
Fluency in English
(written and spoken) is required.
Italian is considered a plus;
3–5 years of professional experience, ideally in top-tier consulting or in a corporate strategy/PM role within the pharma or healthcare sector;
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines;
Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities;
Solid communication and presentation skills;
Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional and international environments;
Interest in the pharmaceutical and life sciences industry;
Availability for occasional international travel;
