Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for landlords and tenants
Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms
Provide clear, accurate, and helpful information regarding services and requests
Handle and resolve client concerns in a professional and timely manner
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient issue resolution
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and service quality
Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system
Ensure all communication is clear, consistent, and client-focused
Build strong, long-term relationships through excellent customer service
Qualifications:
Experience in customer service or support roles preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Friendly, patient, and solution-oriented mindset
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
Comfortable using CRM systems and basic office tools
Compensation & Benefits:
Base salary (700 €)+ commission structure
