, is currently recruiting a
Sales Executive
to support and develop the assigned sales area across
Albania, Kosovo, and North Macedonia.
This role is focused on day-to-day field sales activities, building strong client relationships, and supporting the company’s growth in the region, in close coordination with the international sales structure.
Essential Responsibilities:
Manage existing and potential clients (pastry shops, gelaterias, cafés, distributors);
Present products and follow up on orders and customer requests;
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients;
Identify new business opportunities within the assigned territory;
Monitor market trends and provide regular, simple reporting;
Travel frequently within Albania and the region, in coordination with the sales team.
Requirements for this position are:
Experience in
field sales
, preferably in distribution;
Good communication and relationship-building skills;
Good command of
English
;
Good knowledge of the local market is considered a plus;
Basic knowledge of MS Office;
Valid driving license and willingness to travel frequently (including Kosovo, North Macedonia, and Italy).
