Qterra Property Management is expanding, and we are looking for a driven and proactive
Property Care Sales Executive
to join our growing team. This role combines maintenance coordination with sales and client relationship management. You will be responsible for speaking with landlords, presenting our property care and maintenance services, coordinating service requests, and identifying opportunities to grow each client’s portfolio with us.

Key Responsibilities
Contact property owners to introduce and promote our property care and maintenance services
Coordinate and schedule maintenance requests between landlords, tenants, and contractors
Follow up on leads and service requests to ensure completion and client satisfaction
Identify opportunities to upsell additional property management and maintenance services
Book property assessments and service consultations
Maintain accurate records of calls, appointments, and follow-ups in the CRM system
Ensure all appointment details and service confirmations are clearly communicated
Build strong, long-term relationships with landlords
Qualifications
Previous experience in sales, outbound calling, property management, or maintenance coordination preferred
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Confident and professional phone manner
Target-driven mindset with the ability to meet performance goals
Organized and detail-oriented with CRM experience
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Compensation & Benefits:
Base salary and commission-heavy
