Alumil Albania, located in the Tirana-Durres Highway, 7th km, has been operating in Albania since 2004 and is one of the largest companies for the production and retail and wholesale of aluminium products in the Albanian market.
Alumil Albania is part of ALUMIL S.A. headquartered in Thessaloniki-Greece which is the largest privately owned aluminium extruding group in South East Europe in terms of production capacity, for complete aluminium profile systems. For its needs, the company seeks to hire experienced employees in the following position:
Senior Financial Planning and Analysis
Position Objective:
The role focuses on monthly management reporting and presentations, operational and commercial performance analysis, and advanced financial insights to support strategic decision-making.
Main Duties/Responsibilities:
Lead the preparation of annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and long-range financial plans
Prepare monthly management reports and presentations for senior leadership
Lead the preparation of monthly group consolidation reports, ensuring accuracy and timelines
Prepare and oversee operational performance reports, including:
Sales performance and margin analysis
Production output, efficiency, and capacity utilization
Fixed and variable operating expenses
Conduct ad-hoc analysis, sensitivity analysis, and scenario modeling
Develop and assess business cases for investments, efficiency initiatives, and strategic projects
Analyze manufacturing cost trends and variances as part of overall performance reporting
Ensure consistency, accuracy, and integrity of financial, operational, and consolidation reporting
Continuously improve reporting processes, financial models, and dashboards
Act as a key finance contact for external auditors (EY) and support audit-related requests
Competences/skills:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Statistics, or a related field
3+ years of experience in budgeting, reporting, financial and commercial planning and analysis and controlling
Strong experience in a production or manufacturing environment
Proven track record of senior management reporting, financial analysis, and business partnering
Strong presentation and financial storytelling skills for senior stakeholders
Expertise in variance analysis, sensitivity analysis, and scenario planning
Strong Excel and ERP system proficiency
High level of accuracy, discretion, accountability, and ownership
Working days: Monday to Friday
