Position Summary
We are looking for 2 (two) Service Coordinators to help support the daily services of our company by checking that scheduled
appointments were completed.
This role mainly involves contacting support workers to confirm visits when they did not log in or out using our systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact support workers to confirm visits and update the schedule/calendar as needed.
- Ask support workers for visit start and end times when they're missing.
- Help support workers understand how to properly use the clock in/out systems.
- Record confirmed visit information accurately.
- Communicate with scheduling or billing teams when issues are resolved.
- Keep clear notes and follow up when needed.
Qualifications
- Comfortable speaking on the phone.
- Basic computer and documentation skills.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Industry related experience is required but not a must.
