Job position: International Synergies Manager
Location: Tirana
Role Purpose:
The International Synergies Manager is responsible for identifying, coordinating, and delivering cross-country synergies across the Neptun Group. The role ensures that best practices, operational efficiencies, and group initiatives are systematically shared and implemented across markets, accelerating execution of the 2030 strategy while preserving local P&L ownership.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify operational, commercial, customer service, HR, and store-operations best practices across countries.
Structure best practices into replicable group standards.
Coordinate implementation of approved synergies with Country CEOs and functional teams.
Support group-wide OPEX optimization and operational efficiency initiatives.
Coordinate selected cross-country projects (ERP, logistics, loyalty, store concepts, BAU improvements).
Prepare synergy progress updates for monthly EXCOM and quarterly reviews.
Formal criteria:
Advanced MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint mandatory)
Strong Excel modelling and data analysis skills.
Experience with: ERP systems
BI tools (Power BI)
Ability to translate data into clear executive insights.
Willingness to travel across countries as required.
