We are looking for a Marketing & Operations Coordinator who will both manage marketing activities and coordinate daily tasks between the CEO and creative teams.
LocationTirana, Albania – Vasil Shanto area
(On-site)
Working Hours15:00 – 20:00 (Part-Time)
Possibility to transition to Full-Time based on performance.
Role OverviewThis role combines marketing execution and team coordination.
You will be responsible for:
Coordinating tasks between the CEO, video editors, designers, and contractors
Executing and managing marketing activities
Ensuring deadlines, content, and campaigns are delivered correctly
- Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily tasks between internal teams and contractors
Plan and execute marketing actions and campaigns
Create marketing visuals and content (social media, ads, presentations)
Manage content flow with video editors
Prepare reports, summaries, and professional emails
Organize files, campaigns, and workflows using Google Drive
Support brand growth through consistent marketing execution
Marketing Skills Required
Strong understanding of digital marketing
Ability to design using Canva (mandatory)
Knowledge of:
Social media marketing
Content strategy
Branding visuals
Ability to think strategically, not just post content
- Requirements
Marketing-oriented mindset
Strong organizational and coordination skills
Good English (written & communication)
Ability to multitask and take ownership
Previous experience in marketing or digital agencies is a strong plus
