Key Duties:
Identify, analyze, and solve technical issues in a timely manner
Communicate solutions clearly and effectively to customers
Collaborate with internal departments to address customer requirements and improve support processes
Candidate Requirements:
Proven knowledge of technical support and issue resolution
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with ticketing and support management systems
IT certifications are considered a plus
Fluent in English
Position Details:

Rotational shifts covering 24/7 operations
On-site work environment
