On behalf of one of our clients, an international company operating in the car rental and vehicle sales industry, Dimension HR is seeking to recruit a Junior Accountant.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in preparing and maintaining financial statements and reports
Record daily financial transactions and maintain general ledger entries
Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies
Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
Maintain organized financial records and documentation
Support audits and respond to financial inquiries
Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies
Essential Skills and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance,
Master’s degree would be a plus.
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Proficiency in MS Excel, ideally with some experience using accounting software
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Professional attitude when working on challenging assignments in a deadline-driven environment.
Fluent in English (would be plus).
Preferred Skills
Internship or prior experience in accounting or finance
Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Finance Enterprise 5, or similar)
Good communication and time-management skills
Work condition:
Location: Tirane
Contract duration: Permanent
Working hours: 8 hours /day (40 hours/week)
Salary range start with a net of 800 euro, depends on experience.
