    Position Overview​As a Seasonal Waiter/Waitress at Green Coast Hotel, you will act as a brand ambassador throughout the peak summer season. You will provide attentive, professional, and personalized service to our guests across restaurant, bar, and beach areas, ensuring service excellence that reflects five-star hospitality standards.
    Key Responsibilities​
    Greet guests warmly and present menus, daily specials, and beverage offerings with confidence and professionalism.
    Take accurate food and beverage orders and process them efficiently using the hotel’s POS system.
    Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring high standards of presentation and service consistency.
    Anticipate guest needs and deliver personalized service to enhance the overall dining experience.
    Coordinate closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth and timely service.
    Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety in all service areas, including restaurant, bar, and beach service zones.
    Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally, escalating issues to management when necessary.
    Comply fully with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations and internal service procedures.
    Assist with inventory control and report shortages, breakages, or damages promptly.
    Participate in ongoing seasonal training to maintain product knowledge and service excellence.
    Required Skills and Qualifications​
    Previous experience in a luxury or five-star hospitality environment is highly desirable.
    Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
    Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume seasonal environment.
    Strong commitment to delivering exceptional guest service aligned with Green Coast Hotel standards.
    Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, evenings, and public holidays during the season.
    Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills is an advantage.
    Physical ability to stand for extended periods and carry trays as required.
