Job Title: Hostess – Hotel Bar SeasonalDepartment: Food & Beverage

Job DescriptionAs a Seasonal Hostess at our five-star hotel bar, you will be the first point of contact for guests, creating a warm, elegant, and professional first impression throughout the peak season. You will be responsible for welcoming guests, managing reservations and seating, and supporting the bar team to ensure a smooth guest flow and an exceptional service experience in a refined and stylish environment.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and greet guests in a friendly, professional, and polished manner
Manage reservations, walk-ins, and waiting lists efficiently during peak hours
Escort guests to tables or bar seating while ensuring optimal seating flow
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the entrance and bar seating areas
Assist guests with menu inquiries, reservations, and special requests
Communicate effectively with bartenders and service staff to ensure seamless operations
Address guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally
Ensure all guests enjoy a positive, memorable, and five-star experience
Qualifications
Previous experience as a Hostess or in a customer-facing hospitality role is preferred
Experience in a luxury hotel or high-end bar environment is an advantage
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced, seasonal environment
Professional appearance and a warm, approachable attitude
Strong customer service orientation
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays during the season
