    Terra Invest Solutions is hiring an Administrative Assistant to support our daily office operations.
    Key responsibilities
    Manage correspondence (email/phone), scheduling, and calendars
    Prepare and organize documents, files, and basic reports
    Assist with client requests and internal coordination
    Support general office administration and day-to-day tasks
    Requirements
    Fluent English is required (spoken and written)
    Knowledge of the tourism market is preferable
    With or without experience (training can be provided for the right candidate)
    Strong organization, attention to detail, and communication skills
    Good computer skills (MS Office / Google Workspace)
