Maritim Marina Bay Resort & Casino is seeking an experienced HR Senior, responsible for the strategic and operational management of human resources , ensuring high-quality recruitment, staff development, compliance with labor legislation, and the creation of a positive and professional work culture.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment and selection process
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
Manage employment contracts, documentation, and employee records
Monitor performance and develop performance evaluation systems
Organize staff training and professional development
Manage employee relations and resolve workplace conflicts
Ensure compliance with Albanian labor legislation
Work closely with department managers
Oversee discipline, ethics, and organizational culture
Qualifications and Requirements
University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a senior role
Strong knowledge of labor law
Excellent communication and organizational skills
High level of professionalism and confidentiality
Very good command of Albanian and English
Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems
