    As the Marketing Manager at Green Coast Hotel – MGallery Collection, you will be responsible for developing and executing high-impact marketing strategies to promote the hotel’s world-class services, exceptional experiences, and exclusive offerings to a global audience.
    The Marketing Manager will work closely with the hotel’s senior leadership team to drive brand awareness, enhance guest engagement, and ensure that our luxury property stands out as a premier destination on the Albanian Riviera. This position requires an individual with a passion for hospitality, dynamic, results-oriented, an understanding of luxury travel trends, and a deep knowledge of both digital and traditional marketing channels.Main Responsibilities and DutiesDevelop and implement innovative marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive bookings, ensuring alignment with the hotel’s luxurious image and target market.
    Lead online marketing efforts including social media, SEO, SEM, email campaigns, and website optimization to maximize reach and engagement with potential guests.
    Monitor competitive landscape, industry trends, and consumer behavior to continuously optimize marketing initiatives and positioning.
    Build and nurture relationships with key travel influencers, media outlets, and industry partners to promote the hotel across local and international markets.
    Oversee the creation and execution of promotional campaigns, events, and seasonal offers designed to attract both leisure and corporate clientele.
    Ensure that the marketing approach is consistent with the hotel’s commitment to providing unparalleled service, luxury, and unique guest experiences.
    Manage the marketing budget effectively, track ROI on campaigns, and report performance to senior management.
    Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
    Proven experience (minimum 2-3 years) in marketing, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort setting.
    Strong understanding of the luxury travel market, specifically within the hospitality industry.
    Proven experience in digital marketing, content creation, and brand positioning.
    Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
    Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media platforms, CRM software).
    Fluent in both English & Albanian languages knowledge of additional languages (e.g., Italian, German, or French) is an advantage.
    Creative, innovative, and able to think strategically in a competitive market.Main Competencies
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    Creative mindset to develop innovative marketing campaigns.
    Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and content management systems (CMS).
    Ability to build and maintain relationships with media and influencers to enhance brand visibility.
    Ability to design, execute, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, promotions, and events that generate interest and drive bookings.
    Awareness of local and global tourism trends, especially within the context of the Albanian Riviera.
    Strong analytical skills.
    Ability to set clear, measurable goals and track performance.
    Collaborative leadership style, with the ability to work cross-functionally with departments like sales, operations, and guest services to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
    Proactive in collecting and acting on guest feedback to continually improve marketing approaches.
    Proven leadership skills, with experience in managing, mentoring, and motivating a team of marketing professionals.
    Decision-making skills that balance creativity with practical execution to achieve business goals.
    Experience managing marketing budgets, allocating resources efficiently, and ensuring high returns on investment through targeted campaigns.
