Maritim Marina Bay Resort and Casino is seeking a dedicated and organized Breakfast Manager to oversee the daily morning service. This role ensures that the breakfast buffet, staff, and guest experience meet the resort’s luxury standards.
Key Responsibilities
Organize and manage the daily breakfast service.
Ensure buffet setup, presentation, and food replenishment meet quality standards.
Monitor food quality, freshness, and hygiene.
Supervise waiters, breakfast cooks, and support staff.
Plan staff schedules based on guest flow.
Train the team on service standards and guest interaction.
Resolve complaints and accommodate special requests.
Maintain a clean, welcoming, and well-coordinated environment.
Coordinate with the kitchen and procurement teams.
Ensure full compliance with hygiene and safety regulations.
Qualifications
2–3 years of experience in breakfast service or F&B roles.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Positive attitude and excellent guest service skills.
Familiarity with hygiene standards and breakfast operations.
English knowledge required; other languages are a plus.
