Job Position: Surveillance Operator
Location: Maritim Marina Bay Resort & Casino
Job Type: Full-time
Job Summary:The Surveillance Operator is responsible for monitoring surveillance cameras, ensuring the safety and security of the property, guests, and staff. This role requires strong attention to detail, quick decision-making, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. The ideal candidate has experience in monitoring security systems, reporting incidents, and following company protocols.
Responsibilities:
Monitor CCTV cameras continuously to ensure the safety of the facility and detect suspicious activities.
Record, report, and document any security incidents or irregularities.
Collaborate with Security Officers to respond promptly to incidents on property.
Ensure all surveillance equipment is functioning properly and report any malfunction.
Follow company security policies, emergency procedures, and legal requirements.
Assist in investigations by reviewing recorded footage when requested.
Perform other security-related duties as assigned.
Your Profile:
Previous experience as a CCTV Operator or in a security-related role (preferred).
Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to remain focused during long monitoring periods.
Good communication skills and ability to handle stressful situations calmly.
Basic computer skills; familiarity with CCTV systems is an advantage.
High sense of responsibility, integrity, and professionalism.
Flexibility with shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
