“Nelt” shpk is looking for a potential candidate to fill the vacancy for:
“Demand Planner”
Location: Durrës
Main Responsibilities:
Monitor, analyze, and forecast product demand to ensure optimal inventory levels.
Plan and manage replenishment orders, ensuring timely procurement and efficient stock availability.
Coordinate closely with logistics, sales, and principals to align supply with market needs.
Analyze sales trends and prepare weekly/monthly forecast reports.
Maintain data accuracy in planning tools and monitor key performance indicators.
Support implementation and improvement of demand planning processes.
Collaborate on promotional activities and inventory planning for marketing materials.
Ensure compliance with company procedures and reporting requirements.
General Requirements:
University degree (VII education level).
Minimum 3 years of experience in demand planning or a related field.
Active knowledge of English language (written and spoken).
Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
Knowledge of SAP or similar ERP/planning systems is required.
Basic understanding of financial indicators and reports.
Analytical and detail-oriented mindset.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
