EPPC Albania, on behalf of its client, a world’s leading of premium domestic appliances, is currently recruiting a Sales & Trade Field Specialist.
This role supports sales and field execution across Albania, Kosovo, North Macedonia, and potentially Bosnia. The position is essential for strengthening the brand presence in-store, supporting partners, and executing trade marketing initiatives on the ground.
Essential Responsibilities:
Visit key POS across assigned countries, ensuring proper merchandising, stock availability, and brand compliance;
Conduct regular store checks and competitive analysis, report insights and actions needed;
Support partner sales staff with training and product knowledge;
Assist in implementing local activations and trade marketing initiatives;
Ensure correct plan execution and visual setup across stores;
Collaborate with the Brand Activation Manager for trade campaigns and new product launches;
Prepare weekly and monthly visit summaries, market feedback, and partner performance reports;
Coordinate operational issues (stock gaps, pricing anomalies, etc.) with back-office team (when required);
Support market development activities in Bosnia (when required).
Requirements for this position are:
Bachelor’s degree – BA/Marketing or equivalent;
At least 2 years of experience in sales, field force, merchandising, or trade marketing (Consumer Electronics or FMCG preferred);
Very good English (spoken & written)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
Highly organized with strong reporting and follow-up skills;
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PPT); CRM experience is an advantage;
Must have a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently;
Extensive travel across Albania, Kosovo, North Macedonia is required, Bosnia may also be expected.
