Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media Manager located in Tirana. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for ideating content, researching trends, creating content briefs, posting/scheduling & analyse data to improve and optimise content!
Qualifications:
Proficiency with Organic Instagram Growth
Strong Communication and Writing skills
Expertise in content briefing and ideation
Ability to analyze metrics and adjust strategies to maximise growth
Familiarity with algorithms, and trends
Bachelor’s degree is preferred
Bonus if:
Experience with Twitter
Experience working/managing Influencers
