    Purpose of the position: Control of corporate and residential sales points in financial and Tax compliance.

    Main Tasks:

    Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports related to merchandise inventory, including COGS analysis and inventory turnover.
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including purchasing, operations, and merchandising, to optimize inventory management processes and resolve discrepancies.
    Reporting on the status of the reconciliation as might be requested like weekly report for not performing/problematic shops and resolution for respective measures implementation.
    Follow up any deviation that may arise due to technical problems, until final resolution in collaboration with other Departments, to assure the correct view of the financial position & performance data in the systems regarding trading goods.
    Conduct regular audits and reconciliations of inventory accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
    Performs valuation of trading goods in the system till successful finalization.
    Verify invoices to purchase orders, checking price, quantity, custom clearance document and register them in ERP system.
    Control over creation of material codes in SAP.
    Monitoring the stock in transit and following up through Retail Sales as per procedure in place.
    Post of sales invoices for distributors as per contracts in place.
    Post of commission invoices, accruals, and other related expenses for sales.
    Supports and prepares different requests during audit phase.
    Communicating with partners for the clarification of differences when requested and clarifying them how to fix them in the system, or to direct them to RSD or IT as per relevance of the case.
    Proposing digital and automation solutions with the aim to increase the efficiency and effectiveness.
    Execution of weekly reports upon the results of Store inspections.
    Other reports and duties as per job related responsibilities.
    Education: Accounting and Finance University degree.

    Experience and Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience in merchandise accounting, preferably within the retail industry.

    Skills:

    The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in merchandise accounting within the retail industry, strong analytical skills, keen attention to detail, accuracy with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
    Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and manage multiple priorities effectively. Good command of English language.
    Learning capability and strong will, proactive and positive attitude, correctness.
    PC skills, digital oriented, good knowledge of excel.
    Knowledge of SAP is preferred.
