The Sales Departments at Agna Group are looking to hire a strategic thinker with strong business acumen and excellent quantitative and analytical skills, eager to learn and with ambition to grow professionally in the position of:
Sales Department Assistant
Main tasks:
Sales Department Analysis
Responsible for the completion of the administrative tasks
Communication and coordination with the partners
Communicating the key objectives to the sales team
Close cooperation with the Sales Manager and Brand Manager of the department and completion of requested analysis and tasks
Coordination with the finance department and follow up the execution proccess from the warehouse
Coordination between Agna Group and our partners’ representatives
Interfacing with internal and external stakeholders, freight forwarders, customs officers and other functional areas to ensure coordination and logistics of shipments
Requirements and qualifications:
- Bachelor/Master degree in Economics, Social Sciences or any other similar education.
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Word
- High proficiency level of English (IELTS, TOEFL and TOEIC is preferable)
- Very good communication and coordination skills
- Efficiency in a fast-paced environment with minimal day-to-day supervision
