On behalf of a network of Dental Clinics in Germany and Austria, Dimension HR is recruiting candidates for the position of Dental Assistant .
Position: Dental Assistant
Location: Germany
Employment type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the dentist during examinations and treatments.
Prepare and sterilize instruments, materials, and treatment rooms according to hygiene standards.
Support patients before, during, and after dental procedures.
Manage appointments, maintain patient records, and assist with billing procedures.
Ensure compliance with German health and safety regulations.
Monitor supplies and coordinate orders for dental materials.
Requirements:
Completed training/qualification as a Dental Assistant (or equivalent).
Previous work experience in a dental practice is an advantage.
Very good German language skills (minimum B2, ideally C1).
Professional, friendly attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
English language skills are an asset.
