We’re currently looking for Customer Service Agents in Greek.
Role Overview:
A customer care advisor, will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our clients might face with accuracy and efficiency.
The target is to ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Management of incoming contacts (Calls, Emails etc.)
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Meet personal/customer service team targets and call handling quotas
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive
relationship with every caller
Must be able to use CRM tools and related software to handle any contact
Requirements:
Ideally you have previous experience in sales or as a client service representative
Native /near native in Greek language (written and spoken), English B2+ is an advantage
Good MS Office skills and generic computer knowledge
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening as well as good written skills
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
Strong problem-solving skills, make the right call and access existing processes to quickly resolve customer’s issues
Ability to work in a team
Reliability and flexibility
