Position: Operational Manager
Location: Corporate Office
Schedule: Full-time, 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM (Monday to Friday)
Position Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Operational Manager to lead daily operations within Barrister’s IT support infrastructure. The right candidate will oversee workflows across multiple service delivery units, ensure SLA compliance, and drive efficiency through process optimization and strong team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Manage cross-functional operational teams to deliver seamless daily performance.
Oversee workflows across Dispatch, Call Center, Quality, and Field Services.
Monitor KPIs, ensure SLA compliance, and implement performance improvements.
Lead escalated issue resolution and drive long-term solutions.
Build staffing plans, mentor team members, and foster collaboration.
Provide operational insights to leadership and client-facing teams.
Prepare data-driven reports and forecasts for management decisions.
Ensure compliance, manage risks, and support audits.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field.
5+ years in operations management, service delivery, or process management.
Experience managing cross-functional teams with measurable success
Strong knowledge of SLAs, KPIs, and operational best practices.
Proficiency with MS Office Suite / Google Workspace.
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
