Position: Client Experience Manager
Department: Client Experience
Location: Remote / Corporate Office (as required)
Schedule: Monday – Friday
Pay Level: Level One Agent
Responsibilities
Act as the primary contact for assigned clients.
Monitor SLA compliance and drive accountability for escalations.
Handle and document escalations, providing timely client updates.
Collect and analyze client feedback to improve service delivery.
Collaborate with Dispatch, Call Center, Field Services, and Quality teams.
Provide data-driven insights for business reviews and audits.
Requirements
3+ years in client-facing or IT service delivery roles.
Strong understanding of SLAs, escalation protocols, and service performance.
Proficiency with MS Excel, Outlook, or Google equivalents.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset.
