Responsibilities
Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews.
Maintain candidate communication and ensure smooth recruitment processes.
Prepare interview documentation and assist hiring managers.
Ensure accurate tracking of candidates throughout the hiring cycle.
Support HR team in various administrative tasks.
Requirements
Previous experience in administration or recruitment support preferred.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Ability to manage multiple schedules at once.
Proficiency in MS Office or Google equivalents.
