We are looking for a Cloud Solution Architect (CSA).
The ideal candidate will be able to:
• Excellent customer service and communications skills both written and spoken English and Italian.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field and experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting systems administration, network operations, technology solutions. ITIL 3+ or other Modern Service Management oriented certification.
• 5 years of Consultative experience in tech, specifically focused on the area of Modern Service Management and cloud Service Delivery / Management.
• Should be able to deliver under pressure, repeated deliveries for multiple customers, with high customer satisfaction.
• Consult and coach customers on MSFT cloud Service Delivery/[COLOR=var(--clrSquiggleHighlightTextColor,#000000)]management , Modern Service Management, Governance, IT orchestration and Incident response planning. by delivering a pre-defined workshop to customers virtually or in person according to a fixed delivery format and supporting IP.
• Completes assigned training and certification, or equivalent, to develop his or herself.
• Aware of the different Microsoft individuals and teams who are in contact with a specific customer, and the process of welcoming and initiating collaboration.
