Job Overview:
Qterra Property Management is growing, and we’re looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned residential properties. If you are organized, proactive, and passionate about delivering outstanding services, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met.
Follow communication scripts, processes, and guidelines while maintaining flexibility to personalize responses.
Qualifications
Previous experience in customer service or a similar role preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Problem-solving ability with a calm and empathetic approach.
Proficiency with computer systems, CRM platforms, and basic office software.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits:

Monday to Friday: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM (Full Time)
