EPPC Albania on behalf of its client, is currently recruiting an International Real Estate Investment Officer.
Major responsibilities:
Provide direction for real estate development projects in selected countries in accordance with the approved strategy;
Ensure alignment with organizational goals and standards;
Make sure a comprehensive due diligence is done on potential international real estate projects, including market analysis, financial assessments, and risk evaluations;
Evaluate legal and regulatory aspects of proposed investments, ensuring compliance with international laws and standards;
Analyze financial models, forecasts, and pro forma statements to assess the economic viability and potential returns of investment opportunities;
Conduct sensitivity analyses and stress testing to evaluate the impact of various market scenarios on investment performance;
Stay informed about global real estate market trends, economic indicators, and geopolitical factors that may affect investment decisions;
Identify emerging markets and opportunities for expansion, providing strategic insights to senior management;
Collaborate with legal and finance teams to structure investment deals, ensuring favorable terms and conditions;
Assist while Development manager Negotiate agreements with stakeholders, including developers, partners, and local authorities;
Identify potential risks at a project and portfolio level and work with local teams to develop mitigation strategies;
Stay informed about legal and regulatory changes that may impact real estate development;
Actively manage the international real estate investment portfolio, optimizing performance and identifying opportunities for value enhancement;
Prepare regular reports for senior management, providing updates on portfolio performance, risk exposure, and market trends;
Communicate key insights, challenges, and opportunities to relevant stakeholders.
Requirements for this position are:
Master Degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, or a related field;
5 years of experience in international real estate investment analysis and portfolio management;
Strong understanding of financial modeling, valuation techniques, and investment appraisal;
Knowledge of international real estate markets, legal frameworks, and regulatory environments;
Excellent negotiation and communication skills;
Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven investment recommendations;
Fluent in English Language is a must.
