    Responsibilities for Finance Specialist/
    Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company (payroll, invoicing, and other transactions)Prepare monthly and quarterly management reportingParticipate in strategic data analysis, research, and modeling for senior company leadershipSupport project analysis, validation of plans, and ad-hoc requestsManage the company's financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systemsEnsure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirementsComply with state, and local financial requirements by studying existing and new legislation, and maintaining complianceExecute accurate reporting, enabling yourself to analyze options and make financial recommendationsProvide insight into business performance against competitor and industry trendsDrive value within the business through margin enhancement, lowering costs and driving operational efficienciesAssisting in the preparation of budgets
    Qualifications for Finance Specialist
    Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting3-5 years of experience in accounting and/or financial analysisAbility to work and effectively communicate with senior-level business partnersExcellent business judgment, analytical, and decision-making skillsKnowledge of financial reporting and data mining toolsStrong demonstrated use of Excel, Word, and PowerPointManaging records and receipts, Reconciling daily, monthly and yearly transactions, Preparing balance sheets, Processing invoicesDeveloping an in-depth knowledge of organizational products and processProviding customer service to clientsResolve financial disputes raised by the customer service and sales teamsBeing a key point of contact for other departments on financial and accounting matters
