Description:
Location: Remote - Tirana
We are an international food & beverage company based in Italy, growing fast across Europe and beyond.
We are looking for a smart, organized, and proactive person to support our sales and back office operations.
Your Responsibilities:
Communicate with clients and partners via email / WhatsApp
Send offers, price lists, and follow-ups to warm leads
Create and update client databases and product files
Prepare commercial documents (proforma invoices, order forms)
Support the sales team with lead tracking and sales reporting (Excel)
Handle basic CRM updates and internal task follow-up
Requirements:
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Italian knowledge is a strong plus
Basic Excel skills (margins, simple formulas, formatting)
Highly organized, fast learner, and detail-oriented
Clear communication and strong time management
Previous experience in sales/back office is a plus, but not required
