Job Overview:
The E-Commerce Specialist is responsible for managing and optimizing the company’s online sales platforms. This role involves maintaining product listings, driving digital sales, improving user experience, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the e-commerce site.
This role ensures seamless customer experiences, efficient order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, and strong collaboration across teams such as marketing, customer service, logistics, and IT. It is a highly important role for scaling our online business while maintaining operational excellence, integrating systems and leading the digitalization project of the company to a new digital era.

Key Responsibilities:
Daily Operations Management:
Manage the end-to-end order process from purchase to delivery, ensuring on-time fulfillment, payment processing, and issue resolution
Platform Oversight:
Monitor websites performance, customer journey, sales metrics, marketplaces, and ensure listings, content, and pricing are accurate and optimized
Manage and update product listings, pricing, and content across e-commerce platforms
Oversee order processing, inventory accuracy, and customer service support
Analyze data and trends to optimize conversions and reduce bounce rates
Stay up to date with e-commerce trends and competitor activities
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with supply chain teams to ensure proper inventory management, forecast demand, reduce stockouts and overstock situations, and secure customer service support.
Work closely with marketing teams to support promotional campaigns, product launches, and seasonal events, ensuring operational readiness. SEO, paid ads, and email marketing initiatives
Lead the digitalization project:
Secure collaboration and interconnection with external and internal partners and establish accurate implementation of the project.
Recommend and support integration of operational tools, ERP systems, order management systems, and other e-commerce technologies.
Process Optimization:
Identify bottlenecks in the e-commerce operation workflow and implement continuous improvements to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Performance Reporting:
Analyze KPIs (order accuracy, delivery time, return rates, cart abandonment rates) and generate regular reports to recommend improvements.
Compliance and Risk Management:
Ensure compliance with e-commerce regulations, data privacy laws, and manage operational risks proactively.

Key Requirements:
Proven experience in e-commerce operations management, digital marketing, or online retail.
Hands-on experience with major e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, Amazon Seller Central).
Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, SEO, ERP systems, web merchandising and basic HTML/CSS is a plus
Analytical mindset and attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Excellent organizational and communication skills for cross functional collaboration.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce or related field.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment.
Previous experience in the Fashion or Cosmetics industry will be considered as an asset.
