In-House Senior Graphic Designer at ONOVO
The Role
• Lead the creation, monitoring, and development of innovative and cohesivevisual concepts that align with ONOVO’s global visual strategy and brand vision
• Design impactful visuals for social media, print materials, packaging, and othertouchpoints to ensure consistency across all brand channels.
• Collaborate closely with the Image Department, marketing, and product teams toalign creative output with business goals.
• Drive the visual direction for campaigns, from conceptualization to execution,ensuring designs are engaging, on-brand, and resonate with the target audience.
• Stay ahead of design trends and ensure ONOVO’s creative assets remain cuttingedge, modern, and competitive in the wellness and beauty industry.
• Manage and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all visualoutputs.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers or external collaborators.
The Skillset Needed
• Exceptional design skills with a keen eye for typography, color, and layout.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with motion design software like After ENects is a plus.
• Strong conceptual thinking with the ability to translate brand strategies intocompelling visual stories.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality workunder tight deadlines.
• Expertise in designing for both social media and print, ensuring all assets areoptimized for their respective platforms.
• Strong understanding of visual trends, particularly within the wellness, beauty,and lifestyle sectors.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to eNectively articulate designdecisions.
The Experience Required
• 5+ years of experience as a graphic designer, preferably within a brand-focused,in-house role or in the wellness, beauty, or lifestyle industries.
• A proven track record of creating innovative and eNective design solutions forboth digital and print mediums.
• Experience in developing and implementing cohesive visual strategies acrossmultiple platforms.
• A robust portfolio showcasing a range of high-quality design work, from socialmedia campaigns to print materials.
• Previous experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, includingmarketing and product development.
