Duties & Responsibilities
Ensures that loan agreements include the approved terms and conditions/specific conditions as set in the credit approval;
Provides consent to the Branch regarding loan agreements to be signed with the customer; controls the completion of documentation for loan disbursements and corrects in accordance with the credit approval; provides consent for disbursement within the instructions of the superior;
Coordinates relations with relevant departments, in terms of evaluating the legal and collateral documentation presented by the loan applicants;
Qualifications
A minimum of 2 years of experience in contract drafting, preferably contracts used in Banking sector (loan, mortgage, pledge etc.)
Previous experience in the banking sector will be an asset
Very good knowledge of English
Hard working and result oriented
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
