    Salary: Competitive fixed salary + Performance-based commission

    Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM

    Role Overview
    As a Business Development Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to sell sponsorship packages for our portfolio of international conferences across a diverse range of industries. You will interact directly with C-level executives, gaining valuable insights into the B2B sector and playing a key role in facilitating business partnerships between leading industry players.
    Key Responsibilities
    Drive sponsorship and exhibition sales for our world-class industry conferences.
    Proactively engage with new and existing sponsors to discuss tailored sponsorship opportunities.
    Understand clients' needs and craft customized sponsorship packages that align with their business goals.
    Manage the entire sales cycle through effective communication via phone and email.
    Collaborate with the marketing team to support event promotional campaigns.
    Work closely with the conference production team to shape event agendas and secure speaking opportunities for sponsors.
    Candidate Profile
    We welcome candidates with strong motivation and a passion for sales. No prior experience is required—full training is provided.
    Essential Skills & Qualifications:
    Fluent English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
    Strong business acumen with a results-driven mindset.
    Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
    Professional telephone manner and ability to build rapport with high-level executives.
    Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, email, and internet usage.
    Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
    Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
    Self-motivated, able to meet targets, and work independently.
    Preferred (but not essential):
    Experience in sponsorship sales or B2B sales is an advantage.
    Understanding of the sales process and ability to identify business opportunities.
