Are you an experienced Sales Executive with strong leadership skills? Europcar, operating in Albania under Tendence 3A, is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive Supervisor to lead and inspire our sales team. As a key player in driving growth and success, you will be responsible for overseeing the performance of a team of sales executives while ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and our business goals are achieved.
Position: Sales Executive Supervisor
Location: Europcar Rinas, Albania
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Supervise, coach, and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve maximum sales performance and meet business targets.
Sales Performance Monitoring: Regularly monitor and evaluate the sales performance of the team, ensuring KPIs and sales targets are met consistently.
Training & Development: Identify training needs and provide ongoing support to the sales team to improve product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.
Customer Relationships: Oversee the development of long-term relationships with clients, ensuring that both new and existing customers are consistently provided with exceptional service.
Operational Excellence: Ensure the effective use of all sales processes and follow-up procedures, ensuring smooth vehicle rental operations.
Reporting & Analysis: Provide regular reports on team performance, sales profitability, and customer feedback, contributing to business strategy and decision-making.
Conflict Resolution: Address and resolve any team or customer-related issues, maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
Your Skills:
Proven experience in a sales management or supervisory role, preferably within the vehicle rental or retail industry.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a sales team effectively.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to coach and develop others.
Target-driven with a results-oriented mindset and strong problem-solving abilities.
Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
Strong command of English (both written and spoken).
Ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and adjust strategies accordingly.
Hold a current driving license class B.
