Job responsibilities:
Contact potential and existing customers to promote and sell Iute Albania`s products and services via telephone.
Present product information clearly and persuasively, answering customer queries and addressing their concerns.
Achieve sales targets and goals set by the management team.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Handle customer objections and complaints professionally, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Follow up on leads and referrals to maximize customer sales opportunities.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies and industry trends.
Requirements:
Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing or similar sales role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Goal-oriented with a results-driven attitude.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Education and experience:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or marketing is a plus.
Previous experience in the financial services industry is desirable but not mandatory.
Offered:
• Monthly net income (Salary + Monthly Bonus) up to 100,000 ALL.
