We are on the lookout for a Back Office Assistant who is fluent in English and interested in developing skills in finance, data entry, transaction management, PSP operations, and KYC compliance. This entry-level role is ideal for those who are meticulous and eager to learn, offering a vital opportunity to support the core functions of our financial transactions and regulatory adherence.
Your Mission: As a Back Office Assistant , your main responsibility will be to support our trading and finance operations by processing transactions, managing data entry, and ensuring all back office activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Transaction Processing: Handle daily financial transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers. Ensure all transactions are processed efficiently and accurately.
Data Management: Perform data entry tasks to update and maintain our financial databases and client records, ensuring the accuracy and confidentiality of information.
KYC and Compliance: Conduct KYC checks to verify client identities and maintain compliance with anti-money laundering regulations. Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation for regulatory submissions.
PSP Coordination: Work closely with Payment Service Providers to troubleshoot transaction issues, optimize payment processes, and ensure smooth operation of payment systems.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with various internal teams, including finance, compliance, and customer support, to ensure a cohesive operational flow and prompt resolution of any issues.
