For one of our clients an International School based in KUWAIT, we are looking to hire teachers for the academic year 2025-2026.
Positions:
1. Elementary Homeroom Teachers
2. Kindergarten Homeroom Teachers
3. High School English Teachers
Our Client delivers a curriculum that draws from the best curricula globally, including American Common Core internationally benchmarked standards and Canadian best practices. Schools are evaluated and accredited by the Middle States Commission (MSA-CESS) and recognized by the U.S. Secretary of Education.
Teachers are expected to join by August 21, 2025. On arrival, the teachers will attend a 2 weeks training. Working in Kuwait provides teachers an opportunity to enjoy an international teaching experience, learn about fascinating cultures and travel to exotic places Like, Dubai, Egypt, Jordan, Turkey, India, Thailand, Maldives, Sri Lanka, Vietnam, Nepal etc.
Salary band € 1900 - € 2000 per month (Net)

Requirements
Teachers must meet the following requirements to teach in Kuwait:
1- For Elementary Homeroom Teachers (Grades 1 to Grade 3)
Requirement:
Homeroom teachers are expected to teach all the subjects except Physical Education.
Must have a Bachelor of Education Degree or equivalent English teaching degree.
Must have at least 3 years of full-time teaching experience in a school.
2- Kindergarten Homeroom Teachers (Junior Kindergarten and Senior Kindergarten)
Requirement:
Homeroom teachers are expected to teach all the subjects except Physical Education.
Must have a Bachelor of Education Degree or equivalent English teaching degree. Qualification in early years preferred
Must have at least 3 years of full-time teaching experience in a school.
3- High School English Teacher
Requirement:
Must have a Bachelor's degree with a major in English
Must have at least 3 years of full-time teaching experience in a school
Expected to teach a few Social Studies courses based on the timetable.
The general requirements:
Previous teaching experience in an international school is a plus
A clear national Criminal Background Check
A clean bill of health from your doctor in your home country
Duties:
Plan, prepare and deliver lesson plans and instructional materials that facilitate active learning.
Develops schemes of work, lesson plans and tests that are in accordance with established procedures.
Instruct and monitor students in the use of learning materials and equipment.
Encourage and monitor the progress of individual students and use information to adjust teaching strategies.
Observe and evaluate student's performance and development.
Maintain discipline in accordance with the rules and disciplinary systems of the school.
Maintain accurate and complete records of students' progress and development.
