We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as an HR Officer and Administrative Assistant. This dual-role position requires a proactive professional who can handle human resources functions and administrative tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting organizational growth, fostering a positive work culture, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Duties & Responsibilities
Post job openings, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and assist in the selection process.
Conduct employee orientations and oversee onboarding processes.
Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and questions.
Assist in conflict resolution and promote a positive workplace culture.
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Assist with preparing and updating HR policies and procedures.
Coordinate performance reviews and support managers in employee evaluations.
Monitor training and professional development programs.
Manage office supplies, equipment, and maintenance.
Organize and maintain filing systems, both digital and physical.
Respond to phone calls, emails, and other inquiries professionally.
Draft and proofread documents, letters, and reports.
Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and employee engagement activities.
Provide administrative support to senior management as needed.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor degree in Social sciences, Law, Business, or a related field.
At least 1 year experience in HR and/or administrative roles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
High level of discretion and confidentiality.
Very good command of English.
Attention to details and able do draft document.
