Fast Track Customs Services is an independent customs broker linked to its sister company Brit Customs that is based in Chelmsford, UK.
Founded in 2021, our mission is to assist businesses in navigating the complexities introduced by Brexit .
With a deep understanding of customs procedures and a commitment to excellence, we provide comprehensive support for imports and exports, ensuring seamless transactions and compliance with all regulations.
At Brit Customs, we prioritize high levels of customer service and operational efficiency, making us a trusted partner for companies dealing with international trade.
DIGITAL SALES
The selected figure will have to:
Digital Marketing and Outreach: Develop and execute social media and outreach campaigns aimed at building brand presence and driving customer acquisition in Eastern Europe.
Telemarketing: Conduct targeted telemarketing to identify leads, qualify prospects, and drive sales growth.
Customer Engagement: Engage with potential clients, answering inquiries, providing information, and scheduling follow-up meetings to further discuss our services.
Social Media Management: Manage and monitor social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn and industry-specific platforms, to grow our following and reach new markets.
Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through digital outreach, research, and networking within the logistics and customs sectors.
Market Research: Conduct research on Eastern European markets to identify trends, potential clients, and industry developments to refine our outreach and digital marketing strategy.
Content Creator
Only candidates in possession of the following requirements will be considered:
Experience in sales of any industry
Excellent knowledge of English (better if you also speak Italian)
Experience in telephone sales of B2B services.
Many years of experience in telemarketing, teleselling, LinkedIn or other outbound activities.
Strong commercial, relational and communication skills (ability to personalize communication based on the target audience and interact at a managerial level)
Ability to work in a team, precision and problem solving.
work remotely in smart working.
We offer:
Full time permanent contract.
Working hours 9:00 -13:00/ 14-18
From Monday to Friday
Salary: minimum 1000 euros per month + 10% on each acquired customer.
