Overview
We are seeking a motivated individual to join our growing company. As a key member of the finance department, you will assist with daily financial operations, including accounts receivable (A/R), accounts payable (A/P), and customer account management. This role also includes providing administrative support to the finance team and helping maintain financial accuracy and accountability through spreadsheets, reports, and other financial documents.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 15:00 - 23:00
Key Responsibilities
Assist in managing Accounts Receivable (A/R) by processing customer payments and following up on overdue accounts.
Handle Accounts Payable (A/P) by processing vendor invoices and ensuring timely payments.
Set up new customer accounts in our system and handle any required paperwork or data entry.
Contact customers regarding renewals and provide necessary information for service continuation.
Support the finance team in preparing financial reports and maintaining accurate financial records.
Help build and maintain spreadsheets and tracking systems for accountability and performance metrics.
Assist in budgeting and financial forecasting tasks as directed by the Finance Manager.
Provide general administrative support to the finance department, including data entry and customer communication.
Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations in all financial transactions and reporting.
Qualifications
Associate’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
2+ years of experience in a similar role within finance or accounting.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated and a team player with a commitment to accuracy and integrity.
