    Job Announcement: Supervisor for German Project
    Location: Tirana Office, Teleperformance Albania
    About Us:
    Teleperformance Albania, part of the largest global leader in customer management, is present in 91 countries worldwide. We are expanding our team in Albania with offices in Tirana, Durres, and Shkoder. We are looking for dynamic and motivated young professionals to join our team at our Tirana office.
    Role and Responsibilities:
    As a Supervisor, you will play a key role in driving the success of your team. Your responsibilities will include:
    Overseeing and supporting a group of agents to meet and exceed performance, quality, customer satisfaction, and other important operational metrics.
    Providing guidance, support, coaching, and training to agents.
    Regularly analyzing the team's performance and ensuring quality parameters are aligned with objectives.
    Spending 80% of your shift on monitoring and coaching agents.
    Ensuring that all team members meet client requirements by evaluating and providing feedback on their performance.
    Maximizing the productivity of the group to achieve financial and operational goals.
    Offering real-time support to agents during call difficulties and addressing customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
    Collaborating with the "Point of Contact" to identify issues and create action plans to meet KPIs.
    Ensuring compliance with Teleperformance's policies and procedures, including security, HR, and operations.
    Collaborating with other departments (WFM, QA, Payroll/HR, etc.) to ensure smooth operations.
    Requirements:
    High school diploma.
    Minimum 6 months of experience as an agent.
    Fluency in German (spoken and written).
    Strong PC skills and proficiency in MS Office.
    Familiarity with CCMS and customer tools.
    Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    Leadership abilities and the ability to motivate and manage a team.
    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
