Real Estate and Contract Management Team Leader
The primary responsibility is to manage real estate contracts for the company. The Real Estate and Contract Manager also ensures that proper payments are made, options are executed, and renewals are evaluated.
Main Tasks:
Evaluate and execute new agreements of the Company for leasing and renting;Generating rent profit opportunities by identifying appropriate tenants;Lead & Supervise the Team in performing the administrative duties and stay informed about the latest changes in the real estate industry;Proceed analytical evaluation by regions of the properties with the purpose of driving substantial cost savings and profits for the Company;Be update with the latest information on housing regulations and legislation that affects the industry;Generates different reports for rented / leased premises, local taxes, rent/leased payments etc;Management of local taxes in all municipalities where the Company extends its activity;Manage Company properties that are in the process of legalization, tracking all the steps till the end of the process;Promotional applications in the municipality according to the requirements of the sale;
Education: University Degree, preferred in LAW
Experience and Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years in the Real Estate Team.
Skills:
MS OfficeEnglish: written and spoken Real Estate Industry knowledge Law knowledge.
