Due to its growth, Eurolab Internacional Grup is seeking to hire a "Digital Specialist."
Position description
The digital specialist is the contact individual for the digital sales unit, with the objective of increasing performance and achieving the quantitative and qualitative objectives of the department.
Main duties and responsibilities
Creates professional designs in accordance with brand lines and the brand book.
Creates attractive content for posts on social media in a correct and professional way.
Selects photos in accordance with brand lines
Coordinates digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
Collaborates with agencies for the brand's events by sending photos, text, and other necessary brand elements.
Creates a social media editorial plan.
Communicates new product offers on social media according to the descriptions provided by the Sales Development Department.
Develops and manages social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn) for the company as well as social media channels for brands.
Develops and manages web content of online sales channels, apps, etc.
Manages SEO and SEM to increase online presence across all digital channels.
Identifies and applies tools and standards that improve processes, customer experience, customer relations, etc.
Assist in the development of new and innovative channels.
Monitors competition and reports on their developments on the market.
Implements guidelines given by the department manager as well as communication lines.
Follow the execution of procedures and policies of the company.
Other tasks according to the needs of the company.
Knowledge and Experience
University degree in Economics, Marketing or other related fields
At least 3 years work experience in similar roles, with an advantage in the FMCG industry.
Experience in managing Social Media Channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
Experience in managing SEO, SEM and Google AdWords campaigns
Very good knowledge of the English language.
Good user of MS Office package
A good user of Photoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign would be an advantage.
