Job Responsibilities :
Source and interview prospective candidates both active and passive with the use or Recruitment Softwires ( LinkedIn& Indeed etc. ).Spearhead the recruitment process for high-end executive roles, leveraging your expertise to identify, evaluate, and attract top-tier candidates, including but not limited to job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and changes in recruitment strategies and technologies to continuously improve recruitment processes.Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to offer acceptance.Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and requirement. Guide candidates through the interview process, and ensure that he or she has a thorough understanding of the role, processes he or she has to go through till the day of getting hired.Take good care of each candidate to ensure high levels of job satisfaction and employee performance for our clients.Conduct meetings with clients to determine needs.Develop and maintain a network of executive-level professionals, fostering long-term relationships for future talent needs.Introduce candidates to the company culture, emphasizing values, team dynamics, and growth opportunities to help them envision their fit within the organization.Offer assistance with any questions or concerns, acting as a resource and guide to facilitate a positive candidate experience.Demonstrate genuine interest by actively listening to candidates' career aspirations and concerns, creating a space for open dialogue.

Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in human resources management, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certification is a plus.Have a solid understanding of executive recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and talent acquisition strategies.Possess strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.Bring 3+ years of experience in Executive Recruitment, preferably with exposure to US or Canadian companies.Comfortable working in the EST or CST time zone.Thrive in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to juggle priorities.Very proficient at speaking English, C1 level Is a must .
Compensation:
Negotiable based on experience, including bonuses.
Working Hours:
2:00 PM - 10:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
