B2B Public Renewal and Retention Specialist
PURPOSE OF THE POSITION: To make customers aware of renewal phase and proposing new offer, new products or service and selling products or services to existing customers.
Main Tasks:
To cross check the list part of campaign provided as target from reporting team.
Follow the structured negotiation approach for retention purposes on a predefined customer base.
Close the deals and deliver results as per assigned targets.
Informing politely and correctly the customers through outbound calls about the purpose of the campaigns.
Following up customers’ requests /approval with relevant departments.
Consistency with calling hours. This is to ensure that momentum is built with calls and planned call-backs.
Making courtesy calls to ask if customers were satisfied with the service they received.
Forward customer requests/ complains/ problems through email to appropriate unit.
Interact with the post via mail in order to assure that doc. is delivered to the customer or need others follow up for specific cases. Print and prepare customer documentation for delivery.
Track reports for daily activities and report on daily base to Team Manager.
Completed other assigned duties.
Ability and confidence to converse with coordinator/key decision makers without worry.
Contract duration 6 months.
Education: University Degree.
Experience and Qualifications: Previous experience in Call Center area is preferable.
Skills:
Excellent Communication & Negotiation Skills.
Confidentiality.
Basic Computer Programs knowledge.
Good knowledge in English language.
