On behalf of one of our partners operating in the fitness field, Dimension HR is recruiting candidates for the position of Client Relations Coordinator
Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Guest Services Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be a key point of contact for our clients and play an essential role in providing an excellent experience for everyone who visits our studio.
Your main responsibilities will include
Delivering exceptional customer service by warmly greeting clients, answering their questions, and using their names in interactions.
Assisting with basic tasks such as document storage, printing, etc.
Addressing any concerns or inquiries from clients and guests during your shift.
Answering and directing phone calls from clients or potential clients
Managing inventory and handling retail and appointment sales.
Proficiency in using a computer and various software applications.
Assisting with light marketing tasks, such as photos or social media posts.
Taking on new tasks and responsibilities as the needs of the studio evolve.
Key Qualifications
A passion for fitness and an ability to work independently while being outgoing and personable.
Strong customer service orientation with skills in creating a high-quality experience for each studio visitor.
Efficient in handling sales, cash, and credit card transactions.
Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask effectively under pressure.
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but training will be provided to selected candidates.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office package.
Very good knowledge of the English language.
Work Schedule
32 hours a week
From Monday to Friday: 15:00 – 20:30
Saturday: 7:30 – 12:30
